Everyone has different needs when it comes to personal training and this session is designed to spend time understanding your needs and aspirations. This is the perfect opportunity for you to decide if I am the best personal trainer for you.
Following your initial consultation, your first Personal Training session with me can be booked. I will design you a great program specifically created for your individual lifestyle, health, fitness and ability.
All my programmes are based around functional exercises incorporating postural awareness with a strong emphasis on correct and safe technique.
